Data We Collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and congregation. When you upload photos, we may collect GPS location data embedded in the image. This information is used solely to operate the Service Day platform.
Photo Usage
Photos you upload will be displayed publicly in the gallery and on the interactive map. By uploading, you grant the Service Day organizers permission to display your photos on this website. Administrators may remove photos that are inappropriate or off-topic.
GPS & Location Data
If your photos contain GPS data, the location will be shown on the service map. You can disable location services on your device before taking photos if you prefer not to share location data.
Data Retention
Your registration data and photos are retained for the duration of the Service Day event and may be kept for archival purposes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting the organizers.
